Blog Entry 5: Essay 3 Preview

1) what you understand the assignment to be asking you to do, 2) what you are confused about, 3) what you need to know to complete the assignment, and 4) what you think you might want to write about.

- For the 3rd essay we got to do more than just interpret the poem. Reading the sample; i think we have to know about the author, know his/her background etc. I'm not really confused about anything YET. basically every paragraph we have to describe something else; ex: Dr.Smith's first paragraph is explaining th stanzas , then comes tone , symbolism etc. . If we're using the poems from essay 2, I believe i have to know more about the author that i'm writing about. She's No one famous so thats going to be tough. If I can i would like to chose another poem & author because I don't know anything about the author from essay 2 so it would be difficult & also I would like to write about something different aswell
